Two cops tackled and forcefully arrested a young man as he was leaving a bar in Bishop, CA with 3 female friends- one of whom was a designated driver. The women protested his arrest, noting that they were leaving and going home, but the police took him into custody and threatened to do the same to the women if they didn't go home.
