Todd explains publically to the court everything that Margaret did to him,including how Tommy was concieved.Judy uses it all against him,also bringing up his criminal record in the process and by the time she's finished,things don't look very good for Todd.Afterwards,Todd is upset.Blair and Starr come back and cheer him up.Blair tells Todd he needs a plan.He agrees with her.
