"When The Saints" from the Old Town School Songbook/2
Posted @ aspiredrecords.comHere's the one and only take of "When The Saints" cut by the Lost Bayou Ramblers on July 8th, 2006, in the Old Town School's lushly-appointed Soccer Club Studios. They had just finished their set at the Folk & Roots Festival and had agreed to cut a version of "Trouble In Mind", half in English, half in French. Very nice. I didn't want to let them go and I furiously tore through the songbook...
